I am going to call todays debate the fun debate, we had a hard start with the first debate which strained our brains to think about religion and government issues. So let’s talk about something we are all interested in CELEBRITIES! Don’t say you don’t care about celebrities because we all know we either love them or hate them but in the end we’re always interested and intrigued by them.

Todays debate surrounds a celebrity who is notorious for causing public and internet up raw! Justin Bieber or Biebs as his 12 year old fans call him. Why is this guy so hated by everyone. I am now going to give my honest opinion on Justin Beiber, I will admit it I am not into this guys music but lets face it he can sing, he is a really good singer and whoever says he isn’t he isn’t they are lying! Justin takes a lot of hate and I find adults who hate on this teenager to be very immature and nasty to a guy who has made his career.

There is only one conclusion to the hate, these people are jealous of Justin, he has made millions since he began with his youtube videos. Why are people so jealous! Yes he can be quite annoying with some of the things he says but we have to remember that he is very young and like me we always say very stupid stuff at times.

Basically I want to hear your honest opinions on Justin Beiber! If you hate him why do you hate him? If you love why do you love him!? Now I know Justin Beiber is a sensitive matter! So play nice in the comments!

So I left it a day longer before posting today’s blog as it was the first blog and I haven’t exactly advertised it very well and I wanted to give people a chance properly respond.

After reading a comment from my good friend Stephan who suggested that the American Government don’t actually put money into the Church. Well I can tell you that, that is absolutely ludicrous. First of England is fast becoming an Atheist country, who knows maybe some sudden realization came over Britain and a majority of us believe in the theory of as I like to call it the fact of evolution. In my personal opinion I believe that evolution would be classified as fact if it weren’t for religion.

The American Government are one of the worst examples of wasting money on religion, building churches is just a small part of investing in religion. Religious education has a large amount of money going into it, I went to a Christian primary school and from an early age I noticed that religion somehow found it’s way into every lesson. It is like somehow the bias school curriculum has turned into a shortend version of the bible.

It is not just Christianity the building of special Jewish and Muslim school made for just people of that religion. Surely that is a waste of space and a waste of money! It also suggests a different bias curriculum that will brain wash and fill children’s minds with the religion.

Now as this is the first debate i won’t make it too long. In conclusion in my opinion yes religion has far too much money invested to it, money that could be used in other areas of society that are more important. The apposing argument might be that religions make money through fund raising and charity, this might be so but it doesn’t change the fact that governments especially that of America invest too much money into to religion and religious education.

Welcome to the first ever debate on the daily debater blog! The place where we come each day and debate over new topics.

Today’s debate is on religion, now religion is a hard subject to talk about but the debate it, does religion waste money in society? In my opinion I think it personally does, I think the government spend far to much money on churches, mosques and synagogs when the money could be going to more helpful things like health care or environmental health.

Now yes I am an Atheist so you may say I have bias views on religion, but believe me I have nothing against any religion, everyone has a right to believe in whatever they want to believe in but when it is wasting away millions of pounds a year and making a profit in the meantime I don’t think religion really sticks to its morals by taking money from the government that could be implemented better use.

I will have more to say on this topic in tomorrows blog but for now I would like to hear what you think on this topic. Is religion wasting far too much of the Governments money? Why does religion need all this money? Can the money be used for better and more important things?

Give me your views and don’t be afraid to be outspoken! The more outspoken you are the better as you will really get across your points and your feelings.
